I have undergone Coaching by Shri Amit Kumar, an eminent Upstream Hydrocarbon Industry’s Production Discipline Domain Expert, as my Coach in 2009-10 organized by ONGC at Agartala.

During the said Program the objective of the program to bring-out the hidden strengths and desires of the coachee and to achieve it was clearly spelt out by the coach Shri Amit Kumar. I have achieved health and wellbeing as an outcome.

I am privileged to have been associated with my Coach Shri Amit Kumar, whose encouragement has facilitated me in further strengthening my Professional Competence, Team Building & conceptualize Integrated Multidisciplinary Programs in my remaining association with India’s Premier Upstream Hydrocarbon Sector and also spread the attributes of Team-Building and Symbiotic MDT-Approaches among fellow colleagues for making the envisaged tasks successful.
